If you have not already watched these movies, you might want to give them some attention before the end of the year is here. These movies have fared well in terms of earnings but have also gained public acclaim for being great entertainment.

Mockingjay Part 1 – Hunger Games

Katniss is back to District 13 where she meets President Coin and he tries to convince her to rebel. This is after District 12 is destroyed. Mockingjay Part 2 would be out in 2015, so you might want to catch part 1 before you have a go at part 2. This movie is about 2 hours and features Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth.

Interstellar

If you like the sci-fi genre then this movie is for you. However, even if you are not really in the genre you might give it a try as well. This movie has received a lot of positive reviews and contains some poignant moments. Afterall, it is a matter of humanity. The film stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain. The story is about a team travelling through a wormhole to try to identify a habitable planet to relocate humanity.

Horrible Bosses 2

After the success of Horrible Bosses 1, here we got with a sequel. This time again we get to meet the trio of “tools” as they embark into a crazy adventure. This time it would be a harebrained kidnapping plan. Jennifer Aniston is back in this sequel and the main cast is still composed of Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day.
