With only a few weeks to go for Season 6 of the Walking Dead, AMC has just released a synopsis but also a large amount of promotional images too.

 Carter Matt reveals the synopsis of Episode 1, in writing, “Rick and the group are still having trouble assimilating into Alexandria. Will a new threat bring them closer together or drive them further apart?”

 Also, SpoilerTV has mentioned that the title of Episode 1 would be ‘First Time Again’ referring to Morgan and Rick meeting each other for the first time since Season 1. Still, this is all speculation since there is no official announcement about the episode title made by AMC just yet.

As for the “threat”, there are two possibilities: the Wolves and the massive walker herd. The first was seen in episodes of Season 5 while the latter has been mentioned in promotional interviews before the premiere of Season 6.

A number of reports suggest that this herd will attack Alexandria in Episode 1 of Season 6 and should take place at a time just after the Season 5 finale.

Also, the premiere will last for 90 minutes in all and which will be followed by the Talking Dead as they breakdown the first episode of Season 6. Of course, no guests have been announced just yet but you should be able to have your questions answered if you tweet them using the tag #TalkingDead.
